Can anyone visit Scotland's Trade Fair Autumn?
STF is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are part of the retail trade. Exhibitors have a ‘minimum order’ policy and will not sell to members of the public.
Do I need to provide proof of trade?
Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you – which can include a business card or a company cheque book.
How do I register?
Registration will open from June 2019.
How can I register my colleague?
After registering yourself an option will appear to "Register a Colleague".
How much does it cost to visit Scotland's Trade Fair Autumn?
If you pre-register prior to the show entry is free. For all those who haven’t pre-registered they will have to pay the onsite registration fee of £10.
When do I get my badge?
Badges will not be mailed in advance so please ensure that you print your admission voucher that will be emailed to you once you have registered online and bring it with you to the show where it will be scanned in order to print your entry badge.
Can I bring my young child with me?
We would prefer it that children are not brought to the fair as it is not a suitable environment for them. However we understand that occasionally problems arise and if you have no choice then we would be happy to admit entry to your child but please be aware that we have no facilities specifically for children. The SEC hosts a baby changing and breast-feeding area.
Where can I park?
There are over 2000 car parking spaces available in the multi-storey car park located on the East end of the site. For further information and prices for the multi-storey car park please click here.

Can I obtain a visa to travel to the show?
The organisers of Scotland’s Trade Fairs regret that they are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help them secure visas. If your business is relevant to Scotland’s Trade Fair Autumn you will be able to prove this to the British Embassy in your country by providing proof of your employment and the nature of your employer’s business. Please DO NOT contact the organisers as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.
