Design-led Gifts | Scottish Gifts
Hello! My name is Nicola and I am the designer and maker behind Heather and Haggis. I created my business while working in an independent gift shop in the south side of Edinburgh, after having lots of customers ask for "Scottish gifts for locals" - I therefore decided to design a tea towel featuring local areas within the city and the rest, as they say, is history.
My products focus on sharing the joy of life in Scotland, with a focus on special places and pastimes. I love clean, simple design with modern colours and I hope that shines through in my work.
I make and print almost everything myself in my Edinburgh studio. The only products I can't print myself (yet!) are the tea towels but they are still made in the UK.
All of my products come in retail ready packaging and barcodes are available if you need them. My cards and unframed prints are packaged in biodegradable clear bags to keep plastic to a minimum.
You can download my trade catalogue below, and if you would like more information or samples of any products then please contact me on 07882 764 086 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be more than happy to help you out.
New lines have been added for existing designs - the bone china mugs now come in two sizes, 8oz and 13oz, to suit different drink and price point preferences, and hardboard coasters are now available to complement the bone china mugs. Enamel mugs are available as a more durable drinkware option, ready to be taken in to the great outdoors. Several new designs are also now available, including my Corbetts design on all product lines, along with a new range of greetings cards for a variety of occasions on the theme of hiking and Munro bagging.
